Sunday was “Rest”
Yesterday was Chest and Tris.

22 min Hard Corps. I've been way for 1 year (neglected health and took care of my 1 year old) but realized I can help both by looking after myself...LOL.. Have to admit it is harder now than before but i'm on week 2.0
