That's a wrap for Liift4! One more day left of The Prep and then it's on to The Work on Monday! Scared and excited to do this program. I think it will be one of the hardest Beachbody programs I've ever done. As of right now I don't even have any intentions of doing another program along side it, that's how scared I am. LOL.

Thanks! I like it but feel pretty uncoordinated so far. I feel like it's not going to focus so much on how much you can lift but how much you can lift while maintaining good form. It's a lot of agility moves with weights added.
But I think it's going to be fun once I can get the moves down!

Seems like it may have a steep learning curve but it's bound to be rewarding in the end! Also I meant programs, not problems 🤣.
LIIFT4 W1D1 - Chest & Triceps
Body Beast - Build Legs
Did them almost back to back, just a little break in the middle. I enjoyed Body Beast, liked the straight lifting, I definitely need to work on form for some of the moves, and I need heavier weights for the sumo squats. My plan with this one is to add it from time to time as I have the time and feel like doing it, I'm not scheduling it or anything but I'll certainly be doing it again. I expect to be sore tomorrow.
Stayed away from the forums all weekend.

100 squats! just the bar. no re-racking.
100 lunges with a BRUTEFORCE bag! same! no putting it down, but can stop for a couple seconds.
100 squats with the same bag...same rules...DONE!

Started T-25 Beta cycle week 4 on Monday!!
Did the core speed (just realized I had an extra video) today instead of the dynamic core.
