    So...slacking on posting again.
    Thursday was back day!
    Friday was arms!
    Saturday was shoulders and Traps!
    Sunday was “Rest”
    Yesterday was Chest and Tris.
    Today...will be Back...later...I’m waiting for a new dryer to be delivered first.

    I'm slightly behind on my workouts, I spent the last two days trying to fit a huge desk into a small crowded room, had to move pretty much every piece of furniture several times but I did it! I'd like to say it was a bit like playing tetris but it actually reminded me of sokoban more. I still have to rearrange books and many small items but at least I have enough room to workout in.

    22 min Hard Corps. I've been way for 1 year (neglected health and took care of my 1 year old) but realized I can help both by looking after myself...LOL.. Have to admit it is harder now than before but i'm on week 2.
