    21 day fix day 6 done. Dirty 30! Yikes! I have been a quitter most of my life and when things get hard I quit. I don’t like that about myself, and I’m determined to stick it out and see this through. The only person standing in my way of the body I’ve always wanted is me, and I’m getting out of my way!

    Rest day. A bunch of rounds of lugging Xmas stuff up the ladder superset with 310lb deadlifts...because lugging Xmas stup up a ladder does in fact, suck.

    Hi everyone. I started #mbf on Beachbody on January 1st and have been looking for a support group since the Beachbody one isn't great.

    I completed Day 13 #mbf, Power Ignite this morning.

    I’ve been having trouble with the app again.
    It’s keeping my “streak”...but trying to go to the community...it kept saying to log in. I’m already logged in. The Hell? Anyways, I got it to work today.
    Monday...Chest &Tris.
    Tuesday...LEGS.
    Wednesday...Back & Bis.
    Thursday...shoulders, Traps & Tris.
    Friday and Saturday...video game all nighters.

    Hi everyone. I am going to try to post weekly on Saturday or Sunday!!

    T-25 Beta cycle week one done!!
    Monday - Core Cardio
    Tuesday - Speed 2.0
    Wednesday - Rip't Circuit
    Thursday - Dynamic core
    Friday - Upper focus and core cardio
    Sunday - Stretch

    I'm back in school and without actual weights, so I am using bands instead and it is taking some getting used to.

    Excited to continue with week 2 tomorrow!!

    Great job everyone and keep up the awesome work!!
