hi everyone ! i’m a generally healthy teenage girl 18 years and i eat healthy food whenever i’m hungry ik it’s not too much but not too little. i lift 4 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week with one rest day. my legs are bothering me bf they’re kinda bulky bc i’ve played soccer for 13 years of my life but now i’m not happy. does anyone have any diet or workout tips to get skinny thighs / legs ?
