Down 0.8 pounds.
Need to re-lose 2.7 pounds to get back down to my June 5th weight of 134.2 pounds.
Seems doable if I can just stay the course for once.
It's a long haul!
Overall, just happy to be in the 130s
and proud of myself for not being in the 140s for an official weigh in since March 27th
as that means even with my fluctuating ups and downs I have been maintaining in the 130s for 16 weeks.6 -

Excellent day of moving new furniture in for our guest bedroom. My sons will no longer have to sleep on the couch! I had over 5,000 steps by 10:30 a.m. Whew! Thankful for strong friends who were able to help! Ended the day in the pool with the ladies and enjoyed pushing it extra hard tonight. Hope everyone has a great night!4 -

Gained a little, game canceled today because of heat. I will go to the gym to make up for it. Other teams that haven’t seen me in weeks keep telling me they can tell I lost weight. Feeling good but have eaten too many snacks.2 -
