Sorry for the delay. I was having issues logging in from phone. Weight holding steady. I’ve realized that it’s going to be so hard for me to lose weight during the summer. My goal is to get through the summer without undoing the 30 lbs I’ve lost so far.1 -

Just got back from a two week trip to see family. A week of the trip I had to either make bad food choices or offend in-laws, which made it hard! I am glad to be back home where I have total control. Hope to get back on track!

Going out for Nashville hot chicken tonight with our small group. I've checked the menu and pre-logged the food and still came out under today. Yea!! Exercise this morning helped.4 -

That loss is a combination of hormonal and exercise related water weight. I was down to 142 yesterday, but I had a budget-busting day after my morning weigh in. Pizza and all the chocolate ever, plus a milkshake. >_> Other than that I’ve had a strong, consistent week. I’m going to try to do the same this coming week! Maybe without the weekend splurge. 🤣5 -
