I haven't checked in here for a couple days, but I've been doing well and have seen the scale drop another pound. I have since been to my in-laws who fed us sausages (they make me bloat) and then a wedding the following day and I ate the cake... And the chicken and the potatoes and the everything else.
Even on the days I did splurge though I didn't eat enough to gain, but I'm not sure I ate little enough to lose either. I will have a better idea when I weigh myself tomorrow.
Did I exercise? No.
Did I track everything today? Yes.
Was I within budget. No.
Tomorrow is a new day.3 -
@SuzanneElizabeth16, you lived life and enjoyed your time. We have to have that in our lives for true happiness. You're smart enough to get back to it when you're in your normal routine. That's a win!!

I am seeing a downward trend again! It looks like I gained about 3 lbs. while I was on vacation. I am trying to up my exercise again and eating a lot of clean foods. I ate a form of fried chicken Sunday Mon, Tues, and Wednesday while I was at my in-laws! I started back to yoga Thursday night and I am walking at least 10,000 steps a day again.4 -
Back from vacation in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC. Didn't have the nerve to step on the scale last night after we got back. Had hoped the knowledge of having a weigh-in on Sunday would keep me accountable, but wow ... do you know how good the food is up there??? and all the breweries??? I failed to stay accountable. I feel heavy and bloated (ughhh!!), but hopefully it's just water weight from alcohol/sodium. I'm gonna go hard this week, drink plenty of water, and build my nerve up to step on the scale this coming Sunday!!!4

Or something else, I like the idea of checking in here each day. It really got away from me last week, and the results of not staying accountable were not good.
