    @tina9572 As long as it is not going up you're good! How are you logging food? Are you weighing your food with a scale, eyeballing, measuring cups? Do you eat all of your exercise calories?

    Thanks for thinking with me! I use a food scale for everything but lettuce and other low cal veggies, and a check all entries, so I don't think my logging is off.
    I don't eat all exercise calories, maybe 1/4, and with days I'm under it useally evens out at the end of the week.
    I did up my exercise about 3 weeks ago, longer and heavier weight lifting and more cardio in between.
    After my post this morning the foto on top of the page reminded me to take measurements and I lost a whopping 2,3inches!!! on my waist! I can feel I'm getting stronger and the pants I couldn't fit 3 months ago are falling of me :) So lots of NSV's,it just doesn't show on the scale.

    Sorry I've been missing this week but I've been having problems with MFP. It kept giving me a message 'sso timed out' and a blank page when I was trying to get on. Anyway it appears to be working ok now.

    MFP won't let me access my homepage or diary today. I'm using the website version if anyone else is having trouble. I see, from @empire5 I'm not completely alone. I can only access the forums tonight.

    Well good news no more running an worrying about grandson he's home an resting .
    They kept telling us how lucky he was .
    I just seen him a few minutes ago .he can sit up an walk as tolerated.

    Another good day for not eating my exercise calories.
    I think this was just a habbit i had because i read some where u was suppose to have a snack before an after.
    Actually i dont miss it if i eat my main meals.

    Never got my other goals done like wanted

    No- sorry but crazy fast weekend with the family
    I’m guessing under just because I hardly ate anything in this heat wave
    No exercise either

    Had family visiting and we had a blast! Now onto business as usual, 60 min spin class first thing tomorrow! Vacation from work starts in 12 days, we leave for Florida is 16
