Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week:Weight up slightly from last week. I guess this is my normal 131-132 well within my range. I still would like to see 130 although considering I was 330+ a few years ago, a family member told me I should be proud of want I have accomplished. Sometimes I feel like I have to keep pushing myself so I don't go back to that weight. Does anyone else ever feel that way?

Success(es): Cooked & ate at home, except for 2 meals, since July 15. Steps are back up! My cold disappeared on the 42nd day❣️ Hooray❣️ Avg & Trend wts are both back to my pre-July 14 numbers!! Tracking all.
Struggles: Getting back to the gym to lift weights & getting back to my fitness routine.
Even though I’m only up 1 to 2.7 pounds, it feels like 10. I’m working on positive self-talk!l & perspective taking!
