Just had my second baby. With my first I was 200lbs when I got pregnant, gained 20 lbs through the pregnancy, then came out at 212 after the delivery. 4 months later, I was 230, 10 lbs heavier than when I was full term! Baby snuggles will get you when it is all you do.
Plus, I found out 7 months later that I had a thyroid issue. Got on meds and lost 50 lbs in 7 months
Then it turned off cold and I went back to work when my baby was 18 months. I gained 20 lbs back.
So I started back at 200lbs with this pregnancy. I gained to 236 this time. Got to 213 after delivery. I am hovering at 217 because I am always tired between pumping and taking care of a newborn and a 3 year old.
I just got a membership at the y so I have child care. I need to at least get back into my old clothes by August 22nd. I also am so tired of looking like this, and feeling like this. A blob.
I went from a 36B bra to a 40D and an large/xl to 2x/3x. I deserve better, I just have to work for it.
I know when I work out I am less likely to eat poorly because I worked so hard. I just have to get out of the rut of ordering out and sitting on the couch just because I have a newborn.
Cw is 217 I eventually want to get to 160, but I need to be around 190 before I return to work. It is doable, but wont be easy. Especially with a pumping schedule of every 3 hours. I could use some support!!

Why do you need to be 190 before returning to work? Are they gong to put you on a scale and fire you if you're not 190?
My advice would be to ditch the time limit. Trying to lose weight to a deadline is just unneeded added pressure and it's counter productive.2
