How do I get calorie adjustments to work

Calorie adjustments are received from a device that measures your daily activity, like Fitbit, Garmin or even your phone. You would get an adjustment from a connected device if your daily activity doesn't match the activity level you selected when you set up your MFP account.
So, first connect a device that measures your activity, then go out and do extra activity with your device on you. Then, when you sync that device with MFP, you should get an adjustment.
If that doesn't work, ask a more descriptive question.0
