New to this community and app. Thought tracking my food and exercise might help me figure out out my body works best to either lose or maintain weight as an almost 52 year old gong through menopause.
Been eating only about 1300-1400 calories a a day and working out often but seem to be gaining weight! Was losing a tiny bit for about a week and now gaining. Makes no sense!
If anyone else is in this boat and has any insight I’d love to hear from you.
