    Working on strength and relieved that scale is still dropping. I may reset my goal if I hit the 10 lbs. Changing CGW to 152 would take me to my lowest weight in 40 years.

    I'm on a month-long vacation (RV across the country). I've been sloppy with my CICO counting and need to clean that up some (when I get home). But for now, I'm just glad there hasn't been too much damage. 😋 Have a great week everyone. 🤗
