I kinda like the way I did it because now im so stuffed I don't even wanna look at food the rest of the night. I think this is gonna be the best diet ever, definitely something I can live with.

I'm on my 5th night of IF. I really enjoy it alot! It seems like I wake up with tons of energy and I'm not hungry until 3 or 4 hrs after waking up. I also train on the empty stomach before I eat my first meal of the day. I've lost over 1.25inches total from my neck.waist and hips within the first 3 days. I think I may do this every other week so my body wont adapt to it.
