Getting back in to the gym

Mid 40’s having some back issues looking to slim down and stay active. Currently got back in to the gym and started the 12week body plan by nick mitchell. Began using the myfitnesspal app a week ago and lost 4 pounds in the first week! Here’s to anyone struggling to find time: you make time and you stay on it! Let’s go!!!!!
