Coffee Cups Eggs!
My favorite hot breakfast is to take:
1 egg
1 English Muffin
Cheese
Place the egg in a coffee cup, microwave for 30-45 seconds, listening to make sure it doesn't overheat. Put egg on muffin top with cheese and eat.
It tastes like an egg McMuffin only in less time. Meat eating friends add Canadian bacon or turkey on top of the egg as well, and I like using a bagel sometimes instead of an English muffin.

My husband taught me the same way to cook eggs. However we just put the egg in whatever container we happen to have available and cover it with a plate. In the microwave for 60seconds and your done. If you want the same texture as the "egg patties" just scramble the egg a little before cooking and its perfect.
Another great benefit is the cost. Mine comes out to about 93 cents per sandwich. Here is my calorie breakdown which could be altered easily to fit your goals. This is just what I happend to have on hand/was on sale at store last week.

I scramble mine and heat for roughly 2 mins stirring every 30 seconds. A real treat is to add the laughing cow cream cheese wedge into it. Makes it so much creamier. Great for eating in the office.0

Yeah, I do the same except I use just under a half cup of egg whites instead. It's delicious and it's so easy to make at work!0
