Calorie Count

Hi, I workout 5 times a week, mostly weight training.
I'm not trying to lose any weight really, just build some muscle and tone.
How many calories should I be aiming for? At the moment I'm eating 1500 a day

    Enter your stats into the guided setup on this site. Choose maintenance as your goal. Eat those calories for a few weeks and then adjust as needed.
