Congratulations I know how hard this is. I can only imagine how much better you’re feeling physically and mentally.. I just RE-started 30 days ago. I got off track and stoped signing in more than a year ago. Then on the med to gaining almost all the way back and depression. I got off track due to some health problems and the medications that was taken cause the weight gain and my arthritis caused in mobility which of course did not help with the weight gain. I’m back on track now and looking for people to share the journey with.

    Welcome back! Health problems suck. I'm back in here due to weight gain from a medical condition.

    I've come to really like the groups available on mfp!
