Wow, you lost 11 pounds in one week? How did you do that?1 -

I will be weighing daily, it keeps me accountable and motivated and shows trends.
Starting weight October 28.18 - 191
September start 158.6
September goal 153
Ultimate goal is 115
August goal was 155 (Same as July goal) - lost 1.4 pounds for the month of August, lost 2.0 pounds in the month of July, lost 0.7 pounds in the month of June. Slow going, but going.
4.1 pounds lost in 3 months, and 30 lost in 10 months so happy with that. It would be great to have lost 40 by October 28.19 - 2 months to lose 10 pounds, a girl can hope and try ; - )
September 01 - 158.6
September 02 - 160.2 - Holiday weekend festivities caught up with me a bit. Hopefully I can get rid of that in a few days. Gained 1.6 in 1 day, took me almost 2 months to lose that much. It comes back way faster than I can lose it.
September 03 - 161.7 - ouch. I am sure that tomorrow will be better.
September 04 - 159.6 - still up, but heading in the right direction
September 05 - 159.3 - I will try to get in extra workouts today.
September 06 - 159.8
September 07 - 159.7 - So the first week of the month is a bit of a bust so far, but I am determined to push through.
September 08 - 159.5 - I have been really "good", so am hoping to get out of the Gain column and into the Loss column soon.
September 09 - 160.3 - no comment
September 10 - 159.3
September 11 - 159.3 - Ice skating today : - ) It is early in the season for that, so one session only this week. It will ramp up in October as will my muscles associating with it.
September 12 - 159.6 - Thursday
September 13 - 158.7 - Almost back to September starting weight. So much hard work, seemingly without results. I have to stick with it. Really due for a woosh.
September 14 - 160.4 - More gain, but not stressing about it. I had a sore shoulder this week, so didn't do Zumba for 4 days. It feels better today, so I will get in a good session. I really have to burn 500 calories per day and keep to 1200-1400 consumed in order to lose 1-2 pounds per month. 2 skating sessions this coming week will definitely help with calorie burn. Nowhere near throwing in the towel even though my results have sucked this month (and pretty much every month except for April lol). Very slow, but I will get there eventually.
September 15 - 158.2 - Yay, I am finally below my September start weight for the first time this month. Thank you Zumba (Fitness Marshall hip-hop) for squishing all of the water out of me.
September 16 - 157.6 - Woohoo finally lost 1 pound : - ) That was a lot of work.
Sore shoulder again this morning, I woke up laying on it funny. I didn't do Zumba for my cardio yesterday so I am happy to not blame those movements since it I love and can stick with. I will have to think about the supporting muscles around my shoulder. Any exercises that would do that I am open to hearing about please.
September 17 - 159.3 - Hmm, up almost 2 lbs since yesterday. I had 1116 calories left over yesterday so hoping it is a blip only.
September 18 - 158.1
September 19 - 160.7 - Not really worried about it, I feel leaner. I expect that it will be lower tomorrow.
September 20 - 158.0 - I am planning to be indulgent today, so am happy to see this number first.
September 21 - 159.0 - It was worth it to have a day to eat and drink what I wanted. I consumed 3,275 calories including cake, ribs, etc. I did go skating (burned 557) , so that mitigated it slightly, but MFP says that I would be 170 pounds in 5 weeks at that number 1518 over calorie goal. Glad that I still tracked.

Total loss for September: September has been good. The scale is down 3.2 pounds, and my average is down 3.3 pounds. My average weight is now at my goal weight! My scale weight has been just under for three days. I am elated. I didn't think I'd get back here, and this time it feels like I can stay. It won't be easy - never is. I love food. I just noticed this the last couple days. I was recognizing that I was NOT hungry AT ALL, but I wanted to go eat. Mmmm. Food.... But it's things like this that help me keep on track. Thank you.
We can do this!
I report my simple ten-day moving average here, but I also track a "weighted moving average" that assigns more value to more recent measurements than older ones. By that metric, I'm still just a mote above my goal, but I'm going in the right direction. I only mention this because that's where I got this chart of September. Happy fall, y'all!

September Loss - ??
Thoughts: I'm way off my program. Thankfully weight is staying fairly even. I'm working crazy hours and its beginning to take a toll in every area. Knocked off work early Friday, and spent yesterday just chilling. Feel a bit better today, and intend to take it slowly as well.

September Loss - ??
Thoughts: Back in the game. Monday looms large. As does 9/30, which is the last day of the fiscal year. Two things. One, I have a boatload of use or lose leave, and I'm almost maxed out on "Credit Hours" (sort of like a comp time leave bank). I put in a leave request on Friday to burn off the leave by 12/31. It's scattered out enough to give me breaks every couple of weeks. I also set a daily ajar on the work calendar to start wrapping up 90-minutes before quitting time. Good for my mental and emotional health. I cannot let work demands derail me - especially as we move into winter weather in a matter of weeks.
Second, I'm scheduling "Wellness Time" on my work calendar. It's a work benefit where we get 30-60 minutes (up to 3 hours a week) for wellness activities. I'm going to schedule 30 minute appointments with myself that block my work calendar out for strength training or a walk. Daily. It's "free time off." No more excuses.

@amya71006 We are famous! Lol.
@lalabank Thank you! Yes, my husband was actually the one to suggest we try going to the gym in Dec 2018. I've never joined one before and I said sure I'm open to it. We love going to the gym together - we warm up together then do our own thing for 30 mins to an hour. It's nice to be told that we look cute working out together.
We are newly married so I love bringing him up anywhere that I can - sorry, if it does get annoying to anyone but I won't be stopping, lol. I love how we encourage one another throughout our weight loss journey. I am so lucky to have such an amazing best friend and husband.
@dawnbgethealthy Thank you as well!4
