I'm back after a long time being gone. Had a few rough patches, and now that everything is settled, I need to get back on track with my eating and workouts. Right now I'm really hungry, but my day is over. So good night! Feel free to add me if you like. Peace o:)

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
