Advice

So. Last year from the beginning of 2018 to the end. I lost almost 100 lbs!! But now that I've gained almost half of it back I need help. Last time I just went on pretty extreme diets bc I honestly didn't have the time for exercising (I was a single working mom) but over time realized it really wasn't good for my mental health. I struggled with eating disorders and anorexia as a teen and I felt I was slipping back into that. Anyone on here lose weight after a eating disorder without relapsing? Need to do it for my health and I just don't have time to deal with it becoming a obsession again. !
