Logging chicken leg quarters

When logging a baked chicken leg quarter to you count the weight with the bone or without? I want to know with the skin.

You don't count what you don't eat, so get an initial weight and subtract what you don't eat.
To clarify, you're eating the skin? Use "Chicken, broilers or fryers, thigh, meat and skin, cooked, roasted"
There is a stupid amount of user-entered entries in the MFP database. I get the syntax from the USDA database and plug that into MFP.4 -
