30 by 30!

My goal is to lose 30lbs by the time I turn 30! Which is in a little over 4 months! I know I may not hit my goal but I’m really going to try. ☺️

    Assuming you only have 30 pounds to lose you really should start by trying to lose no more than 1 pound per week. It takes time to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. You are going to feel better by your birthday regardless of how much you lose.
