Is there a way to edit the carbs to net carbs? New here.

I believe it is only available on the pay version. You can get into setting and set up to show your fiber so you can easily subtract in your head at a glance.

I chuckled at title as well. Currently Carbs only come fully loaded so to speak. Need to subtract out.

You can create your own entries that reflect net carbs, or look for entries where someone has already done so. Or you can use entries that show total carbs, and edit your settings to have fiber show as one of the nutrients in your diary, and do the math (subtract fiber from carbs).

Net carbs is not available in the paid version. Net carbs will probably never be available on MFP.

This is because there is no way for MFP to implement net carbs without making a meaningless mess of half its database. In a lot of countries, nutritional labels already show net carbs, and there is no automatic way for MFP to detect which of its database entries are net carbs and which are total.

Our 'old school' school nurse who could scare the daylights out of them. Prevention is better than the cure but just keep track of your net carbs in your personal notes.
