Hi I am Carmen Degabriele from Malta. I have joined Fitnesspal a long time ago but did not use it so I decided to re use it to lose weight. It is quite hard for me to keep a diet because every time I start something crops up and I have to stop. Now that Christmas is approaching I have to be fast because during the Christmas season I will spoil a bit for sure.
