Did anyone change micros nutrients to lose weight, or do you leave at default micros

You mean macros? Carbs, Fat, Protein?

I just used the defaults. 50C / 30F / 20P

I'm pretty sure the micros are set and not editable unless maybe on the Premium, and don't have a lot to do with weight loss. Micros are more about getting good balanced nutrition.
