    Congrats on 20lbs loss👍🎉👏 Keep up the good work👌 I am just wondering what your OMAD is like every day as you are doing so amazing in your weight loss journey.

    Monday through Thursday I eat low calorie Omads under 1000 calories and on Friday if I'm above my previous weeks weight I will have a 0 calorie day and just drink water. On Saturday and Sunday I will eat TMAD (Two Meals A Day)

    Finally went to Walmart for essential things (Recees Peanut Butter Cups count as essential right? :D) and couldn't believe the people not wearing a mask workers included, how CRAZY!!! I got what I needed and got out as quick as I could. Have a nice weekend y'all <3

    You are doing amazing.....when I went to our Walmart last week, there were several not wearing masks either, I was pretty shocked at the number of those that weren't. We have around 7,000 in our state and about 1,700 in our county....

    Our stay at home order just got extended until May 31st :( I Hope everyone is doing as good as can be expected during this pandemic <3

    Sorry I've been away for so long but because of this pandemic I just needed to take a break from OMAD and social media.

    Now that I'm back my eating eating plan will be lower carb OMAD's since I have a freezer full of venison. I will save the weekends for higher carb OMAD's.

    I have missed you all and will be catching up with all your posts soon <3
