I'm starting the MIND diet, is there a way to track servings of whole grain, nuts, salad etc over the course of a week?

You could list the categories in the food notes each morning, then add a tick every time you log your meals. But no, there's nothing in mfp that will somehow recognize a food category in your log.3

As far as I know, the best place would be in the notes.
