Any thoughts on tracking by 5 basic food groups and “other “ for everything else?

    I think I would personally find that a bit more complicated than tracking my meal, since each time I ate, I would have to add things to multiple meals. But if that seems like it would be beneficial for you to track that way, then go for it. There is no wrong way to organize it as long as it works for you.
