I'm 5'0" (and a half!) and am only trying to lose a few pounds, and my original goal was 120 but I was going to raise it because I didn't know if it was do-able for me. This is my first week, and I'm going to take it slow. I also don't have a scale, and don't want one in my home, so my weigh-ins will be few and far between... I fluctuate and usually hover around 135 but had started creeping up to 140 last I checked, so I want to stop it from getting higher, haha!
