Small goal: 10 total pounds lost by Feb. 40 -

CW: 180 lbs
CGW: 165 lbs
UGW: 145 lbs
NS Goals: Be able to do an unassisted pull-up by the end of the year (currently struggling with assisted ones), fit comfortably into last years shorts this summer (gained 15 lbs at the end of 2019 due to depression, my main priority is to shed that weight)1
