    Goal weight this month February 2020: 299.9 lb - Hoping to break the 300’s this month!
    Target goal weight: 175 lb

    Feb 3: 309.4 lbs Woke up to more snow so will probably have a good exercise day today

    Feb 5: 308.6 lbs Hurray for downward trends!

    Feb 8: 310.6 lbs
    Feb 9: 311.2 lbs Weekends are bad and worked from home since Thurs so doubly bad. Will do better. Really want to hit that under 300 goal!
    Feb 10: 311.8 lbs Ok, this has gone on long enough. Time to buckle down and get back on track.
    Feb 11: 312.2 lbs Just telling myself it’s residuals and down will come soon.
    Feb 12: 311.6 lbs Finally! Ok, gonna keep this going.

    Feb 16: 308.3 lbs I was worried after having popcorn at the movies. I guess tons of water really does help. Yay!
    Feb 17: 308.9 lbs Well, not what I was hoping for but went out for dinner last night and had some wine so I guess that’s a reason

    Feb 19: 306.0 lbs Staying off carbs is apparently the key for me. It’s a good thing I love veggies too and know how to make mashed cauliflower, haha! Loving this trend 

    Feb 21: 304.6 lbs Doing a cleanse so I expect downward to continue for 5 more days then will get back to reality again. But enjoying it while it lasts!
    Feb 22: 302.3 lbs
    Feb 23: 301.9 lbs Couldn’t make it through the full 5 days of cleanse but made it 3. Hopefully I don’t see negative reactions on the scale in the coming days.
    Feb 24: 300.4 lbs Not going to officially dance until it sticks around for a few days post-cleanse, but Happy Dance!!
    Feb 25: 300.2 lbs Do I dare continue… yep… Happy Dance!
    Feb 26: 300.4 lbs Still okay with this. 3 more days for a half pound to hit Feb goal. Fingers crossed.
    Feb 27: 301.9 lbs Ugg, well I guess I’m coming back to reality
    Feb 28: 303.9 lbs And reality sucks. Just trying to stick to goals and get exercise in and hope my body gets back to losing soon. But probably not hitting that Feb goal.

    I don’t frequently take progress pictures, but I did take one at my top weight and one ten pounds down. I just took a good look at them for the first time and it’s so encouraging to see a change! I don’t necessarily feel that different, although my pants are more comfortable!

    1 Feb: 144.4 TOM started today, so I should see a bit of a water weight loss about 5 days from now.

    3 Feb: 144 Super Bowl yummies! I went just a little over my deficit calories, but...sodium!

    6 Feb: 140.6 Water weight loss after TOM, but also haven’t felt well the last few days, so not eating much. I expect this to go up some once better.
    7 Feb: 139.6 Still not eating up to goal calories. My stomach hurts after I eat anything. Is this like a mild stomach bug? It’s been since Tuesday (2/4). We’ll see how today goes.

    9 Feb: 139.8 My stomach still hurts every time I eat. I’ve averaged 1050 calories/day this week, when my goal is 1550 (and I average more like 1700, actually). I’ve never had this before!

    Journey so far:
    Jan 2015: I joined MFP at 227 lbs and gradually reduced
    Oct 2016: finally hit my target of 155
    Dec 2018: Had gradually wavered up again to 170s
    Jan 2019: still wavering round 170
    July 2019: bounced up and down between 160 and 170
    Aug 2019: Gave myself the proverbial kick up the a** and buckled down!
    Oct 2019: Set new goal weight of 150 by year end
    Nov 2019: Hit goal late Nov. I’m now focusing on increasing strength workouts
    Aug: -8.31 (a lot of this was holiday weight gained in July)
    Sept: -4.71
    Oct: -4.2
    Nov: -2.2 (Strength workouts temporarily slowing progress)
    Dec: + 4.4 (Christmas indulgences)
    Jan: - 1.3 Goal: under 150. Achieved on 11/01. Popped back up on three days thereafter.

    Official weigh in Tues 25th at 172. Down from 194 Jan 14.

    Have gained 3 days in row to 2/27 174 thinking it is bread, flour as cals and exercise are tracked.
    2/28 my scale suggests 169.8 please, please, please

    6 Feb- 142.4 lb- AWESOME! I must be doing something right!! I noticed my wedding rings have been feeling dangerously loose lately. Starting to worry about them slipping off :o Close to time to get them refitted!!

    9 Feb- I weighed myself on a different scale this morning. Seemed to low to be a "real" number. I'll wait until tomorrow to weigh in on my regular scale to confirm or disprove it. *shrugs* I don't wanna get my hopes up!
    10 Feb- 141.4 lb - Yep! A much more reasonable number today.
    11 Feb- 142.4 lb- Extra grazing lastnight while packing lunches and making the kids dinner. TOM is coming....
    12 Feb- 142 lb- I'm ok with this. I feel pretty bloated today. Yuck!
    13 Feb- 141.4 lb- TOM started. Should see the water weight on the scale in 1 or 2 days. Was better about controlling my snacking lastnight. Kept in mind TOM was near and that I wasn't actually hungry, just hormonal.

    Obviously I hit my month goal, but I don’t know if I would have without this stomach issue. It’s been such a weird thing. Oh well, doc appt in March, so hopefully I’ll get answers then.
