I believe there should be a calorie cycling option on the MFP app. Some people intermittent fast and choose to eat fewer calories on rest days and eat more calories on lifting days. Being able to set your low cal and high cal days would be a huge benefit to anyone who is serious about tracking the amount of food they want on a given day. It’s extremely frustrating to have to switch your caloric goal each time and I’m honestly surprised this hasn’t been added in already. I’m a Kinobody Fitness member and I’m sure if anyone else follows the programs they are in the same boat as me since tracking your low-high calorie days are crucial to building the body of your dreams. I would love to see this feature added in the near future. Any thoughts?
