    Pass Day 2. I had a terrible migraine most of the day and didn't feel up to getting on the computer to log my food. It seems better now.

    Exercise: yes, walked my 88 year old neighbor's small dog for 30 minutes early in the morning

    i have had a very bad cold since Sunday (full-blown Monday, starting to be less congested today but still not great.

    Way low on calorie intake; managed the Zombie Shuffle around the main floor for a total of 20 minutes (in ten-minute sections); manged to log.

    Went out for late lunch at a buffet and thinking of this challenge kept me in check! I took pictures of everything I ate so I could track accurately when I got home. I didn't want to lose my last pass day this early in the game.

    @Chinkiri 1 cup liquid is approximately 240 ml. But, with liquid, start low and add as needed. It can vary by location and weather.
