What happened to yesterday The 19th - well mental lapse but as I recall the scale was nice. 163ish

March 22 the scale said 161 and i am happy although I know after eating it will say 163 or more.

15 Mar 145.3 New low. This week, started walking leisurely for 15 minutes after dinner. I also set up my Fitbit to remind me to every 20 minutes to move for 2 minutes - it could be walking or air squats. I've read that doing these after dinner will help lowers blood sugar.
