    March 5 167.4.
    March 6 166.0 or 168.
    March 7 167.8
    March 8 YMCA scale 166
    March 9 166 - 165.8
    March 10 - 167.8 weigh-in down 1 pound,

    March you know what 165.5 on my home scale
    March 14 - 165 at home, 165 at YMCA
    March 15 scale says 165 at home
    March 16 home scale says 164.3 ain't it so cute!
    March 17 - 163.6 a bit hard to believe but I need to delude myself.
    March 18 165.7 What? Either the turkey wrap or the chili or oatmeal. Thought of having chocolate.
    What happened to yesterday The 19th - well mental lapse but as I recall the scale was nice. 163ish
    March 20 first weight in morning 162.7 but then I weighed later, up to 165
    March 21 162.4 until I eat
    March 22 the scale said 161 and i am happy although I know after eating it will say 163 or more.
    March 23 -it said 161
    March 24 -scale is mean 163.7 but is Okay
    March 25 - 163.4 down is down
    March 26 - 161.8 but 164 at doctor office
    March 27 - 161.2 here
    March 28 - 160.2 Ha, see that. The scale fears me. I wonder if I stood on the scale all day if I could see the numbers change.

    Goal for April 15 is to be under 160 (159). And to have taxes done. Well, thinking the song, "Seasons in the sun."

    18 Mar 283.3 had pizza yesterday just enjoyed myself didn’t go over calories. I’ve been having too much carbs and sodium lately but I am enjoying myself and losing weight. Not in a rush no point in making this miserable since this change is permanent.

    Up 3 pounds from lowest Feb weight from drinking and eating out over the weekend. Birthday beach trip planned in early April, so wanting to do a 4 week challenge to challenge myself to not eat out or drink 😁 Here we go.

    I have weighed everyday but have been so busy with 3 kids at home due to COVID-19, that I kept forgetting to keep up with it. Diet has been okay, definitely had more desserts and wine than usual last week. Beach trip was cancelled for April so I lost a tiny bit of motivation, but it’s back πŸ’ͺ🏻

    Jan 2015: I joined MFP at 227 lbs and gradually reduced
    Oct 2016: finally hit my target of 155
    Dec 2018: Had gradually wavered up again to 170s
    Jan 2019: still wavering round 170
    July 2019: bounced up and down between 160 and 170
    Aug 2019: Gave myself the proverbial kick up the a** and buckled down!
    Oct 2019: Set new goal weight of 150 by year end
    Nov 2019: Hit goal late Nov. I’m now focusing on increasing strength workouts
    Aug: -8.31 (a lot of this was holiday weight gained in July)
    Sept: -4.71
    Oct: -4.2
    Nov: -2.2 (Strength workouts temporarily slowing progress)
    Dec: + 4.4 (Christmas indulgences)

I also set up my Fitbit to remind me to every 20 minutes to move for 2 minutes - it could be walking or air squats. I've read that doing these after dinner will help lowers blood sugar.
