    I ALWAYS am hungry just a few hours after breakfast unless I eat a high calorie breakfast - even though I do nothing physical. I've re-discovered an old trick of adding1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil to my Oatmeal and fruit that the hunger doesn't come back as fast.

    Savory oatmeal has become my go-to in the morning because it's so easy to add a little butter or an egg to it!

    My breakfast is usually oatmeal and a side fried egg

    And to make my morning easy I freeze single servings of oatmeal with raisins

    Also I have the nutritional values on freeze bag
