Nearly 4 weeks in.

Four weeks in in maintaining. however lost -3 lbs .

    It can take a while to figure out how many calories you really need. Time to increase your calorie goal by 300 or so.

    Yeah me too. I've "upped' my calories slowly to avoid gaining. In the process I'm down 3 or 4 pounds, but I think I've finally hit my sweet spot.
