Total weight lost: About 43 pounds
Time it took to lose: 1 year and 2 months
How long in maintenance: I hit my goal weight in the beginning of January 2018, but officially started maintenance in mid-March 2018 after figuring out my calories for a couple of months.
    Maintenance weight range: 108-112.5
Average weight recorded from 2018 (12 months): 109.8
Average weight recorded for 2019 (12 months): 111.2

Average weight recorded for January: 111.9
Average weight recorded for February: 111.3
Average weight recorded from March: 110.3

    Week of..
    April 4: 109.3 (trend 109.5)
    April 11: 109.4 (trend 109.5)
    April 18: 110.2 (trend 109.8)
    April 25: 109.7 (trend 109.8)

Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: With the small increase in my daily step goal, my weekly total this week was closer to where I normally am. I might need to bump it up again (I only increased it to 500 steps/day more), but I'm going to see how my weekly total is for the next couple of weeks first.

    Total Weight lost: ~80 lbs
Time it took to lose: 2 years 3 months
How long in maintenance: I called maintenance in July 2016, but I continued to slowly lose until December of 2017. I have been in maintenance since December 2017
    Maintenance weight range: 115 - 120 lbs

Average weight recorded from 2018: 118.8
Average weight recorded from 2019: 115.2

Average weight recorded for November: 113.6
Average weight recorded from December: 114.2
Average weight recorded from January: 114.2
Average weight recorded from February: 113.6
Average weight recorded from March: 113.3

    Week of..
    April 5: 112.2 scale/ 113.0 trend
    April 12: 112.4 scale/ 113.1 trend
    April 19: 114.8 scale/ 113.4 trend
    April 26: 114.8 scale/ 114.1 trend

Success/Struggles: My weight is still up this week and even the trend is up. But I know it is from the birthday last weekend.  Cake is definitely something I only need individual portions of in the house. I probably ate about 3/4ths of the birthday cake from last weekend myself,  maybe more. I just have to remind myself that even if my weight is up I am still a bit under my maintenance range and going up a pound or two is not a bad thing.

How long in maintenance: Since ~ December 2018
    Maintenance weight range: 163-168

Average weight recorded for 2019: 162.8
Average weight recorded for December: 162.6
Average weight recorded for January: 162.2
Average weight recorded for February: 161.4
Average weight recorded for March: 160.4

    Week of...
    April 5th: 164 (trend 162.1)
    April 12th: 159 (trend 160.5)
    April 19th: 159.4 (trend 160.6)
    April 27th: 156.2 (trend 159.9)

Successes/Challenges: Missing lunch at work a couple of days in a row made a dip in my weight today, though I should bump back up in short order. A lot of stressors in life right now, but I've for the most part resisted snacking. Fitting in daily exercise and averaging a bit over 20K steps, which at times seems excessive but probably is a somewhat healthy way of dealing with things.

    Hang in there, everyone!

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week:
I said last week that if I gained more, I would get serious about losing. I am now serious. I lowered my calorie goal by 210. That is only 1470 a week and it takes about 3500 to lose 1# so lowering the calories to that much might just get me back to maintaining. We'll see. If I gain more next, I'll make a change. If not, I stay with this for awhile.

Hi! My name is Kristen. And I struggle to maintain my weight. I have had great success losing/gaining, but I'm hoping this group helps me be more accountable. I weigh only 1x week on Sundays, so that's when I'll check in. My 2 goals in 2020 are to not let the scale go above 153 and weigh in EVERY Sunday for the WHOLE YEAR. This seems easy to most, but I get lazy and make excuses why I don't need to weigh in and then all of a sudden everything in my closet has shrunk. LOL

Successes/Struggles: There is no May Check in yet, so I'll put this here. I seem to be in a up 2, down 2 pattern each week now, which is fine since I'm still under my low range weight and, well quarantine. We've had some really crappy weather this week, other than yesterday where we got lots of landscaping done. Took 2 walks too...I'm feeling it today! I think some of the scale is water retention.

Let's see what this week brings! Hope everyone is hanging in there.
