April 22: 139.2 I pinched a nerve in my neck a month ago. I had a bad flare up this week and haven't been able to exercise, but I'm still eating the same. Probably the reason for the gain. Oh well.
April 29: 135.6 Although I didn't reach my goal weight, I'm still happy. Since I haven't been able to exercise as much and haven't been very strict with my diet, I thought the scale would move the other direction.

Oh well, not so good. Maintaining is better than a massive gain, so that's ok. It's a plateau I need to bust through in May. More movement is key, but it's been hard with my walking park being closed. I'm also eating more, and I've got more muscle too. It's still a tiny win in my book.
