Hi everyone! I am new to IF as well. Today is my day 3 (started 24/5) & Im surprised it’s not difficult to fast for more than 12h which I never thought I could 😬
I’m glad to read comments on this thread & your results motivate me! Looking forward to lots more conversations and inspiration.. CW: 159, GW: 140

Hi guys. I started IF (24/5) 16:8 along with logging calories in the app (keeping a little deficit) and working out cardio for Atleast 40min a day.
I did 6 days IF 16:8 & 1 day 14:10. I have only lost 1 pound so far. Any recommendations or comments as I read people loose 2-5 pounds a week on IF....

    Hi!
I’m new to Intermittent fasting as well, started last week. I’d recommend using the Simple app, it’s really helping me stay on track.

    Simple app?
I just started 16/8 last week...I haven't lost any weight with it yet...but haven't gained either. Morning are a little tough, but coffee helps :)

Coffee is great, but careful with it. I switched to decaf to control any adrenalin spike. I heard a good idea, put double cream in your coffee, it should still keep your body in ketosis but will fill you. That's pretty much how I survive my 36 hour fasting periods that I do along with 16/8 intermittent fasting.
