Only been using the fitness pal app a few days but on March 31st 2020 I weighed in 252. Which was about 30 pounds lighter then I weighed the previous 15+ years. Anyway my Corona Virus challenge was to Run the 100 miles to meet my Apple Watch and UA challenges. I never ran long distances before this month I hit the challenge requirements on April 17th I’m down 23 pounds this month and my new goal weight is 200 pounds.
