    I fell a little short but its been a fun challenge. Had not been to critical of the scale until I joined this challenge. Its helped me be more conscious of my habits and choices.     May 4: 203.2 Well this is a crummy weight, up from last week but starting new challenge with a positive attitude.
    May 11: 201.4 Better
    May 18: 202

    May Actual: 201.6 -1.6 for the month

    June 8: 201.2 Down a little.
    June 15: 202.8 I knew that I should not have had those chips last night.
    June 22: 200.2 Yeah!!!
    June 29: 199.6 Another good week. Thinking much more about what I eat.

    LAST CHALLENGE ENDING WEIGHT and DATE: 165.8 (Oct 2019)

    June 29: 171.2 - joining the challenge late but need the accountability!
    July 6: 169.8 (-1.4) - happy to be down a bit, as I was not very mindful over the weekend
    July 13: 170.2 (+0.4) - thoughtless eating caught up with me this week - time for some vigilant tracking!
    July 20: 170.2 (0.0) - more consistent tracking needed so reporting here: tracked 2/7 days
    July 27: 167.2 (-3.0) - tracking 7/7 days paid off

    July Goal: 166.2
    July Actual: 166.4 (-4.8)

    August 3: 166.4 (-0.8) - Good week of tracking (7/7) and (mostly) good food choices
    August 10: 168.4 (+2.0) - Another good week of tracking (7/7) but didn't translate into hoped for results (yet)
    August 17: 168.4 (0.0) - Okay tracking (5/7) but need to do better this week
    August 24: 166.4 (-2.0) - Not great with tracking (4/7) but made it back to where I started the month
