Awww! Thank you & welcome! I like Heather and the HasFit couple and the MadFit lady (except I don't do dance workouts - I have 2 left feet lol)! I need variety and have to do something different with different instructors day to day which is why I started this thread! Thank you for sharing your workouts!1 -

I'm one of those who work out as soon as I fall out of bed - before my brain wakes up to give me a million excuses why I don't have to work out! lol So this morning I had an early dentist appt and after that, my brain was wide awake and convinced me to skip my workout this morning! I'll be back in action tomorrow!
