Yes (one untimed on the bike in the basement - settings entered but forgot to press Start before putting the tablet in front of the display and getting lost in the audiobook - subconsciously started to wonder why no tension-change by the time the 3rd chapter started LOL - low-balled calorie estimate for that one; one TIMED and on a good vigourous effort settng)

I have insomnia issues and often wake up in the middle of the night, cannot get back to sleep because problems keep running round and round my brain, relaxation exercises don't work... I have a nerdy Dutch friend who can do things like recite all 50 US states. I've been trying to do that, in alphabetical order, just to stop my brain from needlessly going round in circles. Getting quite good at it! Alaska, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas...Keep forgetting Minnesota when I get get to M. Idaho is a pain too! I mostly fall asleep in Nebraska. I now know where you all are in USA! I have been looking you up, so now I even know whether you're on the East or West coast or Mid West. I guess that makes me nerdy or just bored with lockdown...

Mostly exercise fizzle.
Eating - not really extravagant but not really measured.
So I am already "passed" out.
Got a little bit of exercise yesterday but it was cold and windy. So after only 20 minutes I declared that I was having no fun. Weird because I go out when it is way colder than that in winter.
Today I got the real climb.
Parked at the bottom of the ski area and biked up to the top on an adjacent road.
Mountain bikers go there, put their bikes in the back of trucks and get hefted up to the top.
Sometimes the ski lift will do that for them but it is closed these days.
So I ride up climbing, these guys pass me in their haulage trucks.
Not sure what to make of the stares I get as they go by.
Downhillers is what I call them. Well actually there is a niche to the sport that is called that.
I guess I am an uphiller.
But for all my exercise fizzle, I had a good head start on my goal average so I still got that on track.5 -
