Descend ladder:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of
Burpees & sit ups.
Perform 10 burpee, 10 sit up, 9 burpee, 9 sit up, 8 burpee, 8 sit up and so on to 1
Scaling would be to do 5-4-3-2-1 rounds

10 to 1, first 10 and 9, stomach to floor. The rest was a jump up. 4:49!1
