    Not sure what's happening with my weight - other than a maintenance cal day and 1 minor overeat in 3 weeks I've stuck to my cal goal. I weigh and measure my food. The stall happened exactly when I started back at my gym. I'm not too worried as I'm losing inches but was losing steadily beforehand.

    Original Starting Weight 199.4

    Starting Weight for challenge (May 24): 167.8
    Goal Weight by July 4th: 159

    I’m realizing weekly weigh ins are not great for me—I fluctuate so much (4.5lbs this week!) that if my weigh in day corresponded with one of my higher days (like my 129.6 earlier this week 🙄, and if I didn’t weigh daily) I’d be pretty bummed about my progress. Still happy to put a goal out there and work towards it, though!

    Have you tried a daily app like Happy Scale? It does a running ten day average which accounts for these changes. Then you can use the most updated average for your weight in!

    I do use Happy Scale, actually. I like it, u til it gets totally bamboozled by a weekly up and down of 3-5lbs...weekly 😆 perimenopause hormones are no joke.

    Out of curiosity, what are your goal calories per day? Our weights are very similar and I am at a stand still :(

    I try to keep them at 1200 but go up to 1400-1600 some days.
