Haven't been motivated to exercise and the water has been to cold for swimming, also there was a shark sighting, so.... Signed up for an exercise program online. Hopefully it will motivate me.3 -

Journal ~ I had another terrible “food” day today thanks to hubby and his never ending homemade pizza. But I think Im finally done giving him a hard time...He’s agreed to stop making homemade pizza ...I got him to say “I solemnly swear..” even if i got an eye roll out of it I needed him to say it aloud! Lol... and to make up for my two day binge, I plan to fast all day tomorrow. I hope to be very centered, focused and present here in our group and also hope to stick firmly to plan!1 -

I like that! I was trying to juggle my coffee, yogurt and fruit bowl... I should have known better, but I do it every day! I'm glad I still have more travel pyrex(I stupidly threw out the lid!!!), and it wasn't the last of ALL of my fruit!2 -

Nothing new or fun happening here. We should have been having our family reunion in Washington state this week but it was cancelled because of COVID.
