In honor of Memorial Day, I give you the MURPH. Scaled version because of the pull ups.
1 mile run
100 sit ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
Feel free to scale this down, 400m run, 50 sit-ups, 50 push-ups, 50 squats, 400m run

    Great work mike.
    I got 55 mins.
    Weighted vest And I did it all unbroken, so 100 pull ups all together and then the pushups and squats all together. What a grind...
