I'm just getting started ...
I am a 44 year old female with many chronic health conditions and mobility issues... in turn, lots of weight and eating issues! I would happily admit to being addicted to food, some people use drugs, others alcohol, mine is food!
I've got such a horrible relationship with food which has dragged my already unstable mental health down. I recently tried the 5:2 diet, it works but fasting is HORRIBLE! I had headaches, the shakes, enough was enough. A friend of mine told me to sign up to my fitness pal and here I am... lots of encouragement and inspiration needed over here...will be great to hear from you all.
