We all have to approach it as individuals, that is why tracking is so imperative - we see what is working for us and what is not.
We also have to take into account any health issues - for diabetics keeping blood sugar stable requires eating small amounts frequently and keeping carbs and fats low.
For myself, I basically eat everything, but I have cut portions in half. I still believe in calories in calories out.
Great @syreina for getting that much protein into you! Whenever I try that my fats skyrocket. Very glad that you are continuing to track and check-in, essential to not gaining it back.
This is hard work! With commitment, and over time we can all succeed like @syreina has.
